A full consultation precedes all chemical services at the appointment time, but please note:
Any balayage service requires a consultation before booking, because hey, those things are complicated and very tailored to your specific hair goals/budget, so we want to make sure we get it right!

Cuts
A consultation precedes any haircut and we have a wide range of options for you. All of our cuts (except for the Express option) come with our signature head massage because everyone needs a little time-out from the world! You can attach any add-on service to your cut at the time of booking.

All services that include a wash come with a complimentary mini head massage, but if you’re needing a little extra self-care and de-stressing, we offer a full 10-minute session that can be added to any service.

Glosses and Glazes are perfect for adding shine and calming frizz when a mask won’t quite cut it. Toners are specific to your colour needs and are done after a chemical service or as a refresh between chemical appointments to keep your hair looking fresh.

Cancellation Policy:
While we understand that life happens and things come up, we do have a 48hr cancellation/no-show policy in place. There will be a 50% service fee charged for late notice and no show appointments.
